RIVER CABIN PET POLICY and AGREEMENT
We are delighted to have you and your pets as our guests - Please be
responsible for your pet so we can continue to offer a place to
bring your warm, fuzzy friends with you!
[To those of you who consider our policies obvious standards of
responsible pet ownership, we apologize. Due to a number of recent
disappointments, we want to ensure that clearly stated guidelines
for having pets at the cabin are in place. We hope this will
increase compliance with the rules and allow us to continue to offer
the cabin to our fuzzy friends!]

We add an additional $15/ night for each dog.

Maximum 2 dogs/ stay. Exceptions sometimes made on an
individual basis.

Bring a towel to wipe dirty paws or wet fur. (For your
convenience, there is a hook to hang/ dry the towel just to the
right of the front door).

Don't allow your pet on the furniture or beds. Pet hair is hard
to clean off. Consider bringing their favorite bed or blanket!
VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
1. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG ALONE AND/ OR UNATTENDED IN
THE CABIN OR ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
*We reserve the right to have your pet picked up by
the animal authorities if found alone (either in the cabin or
outside) or if the pet is creating a disturbance (barking etc) in
the neighborhood. Reclaiming your pet will be at your expense.
*You will be financially responsible for any damage
done to the cabin by your dog(s).
2. Keep your pet on a leash at all times when they
are outside the cabin. Be respectful and DO NOT LET YOUR PETS
WANDER UNATTENDED ON THE PROPERTY OR ONTO NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES.
Complaints from neighbors will lead to our inability to allow pets
to stay at the cabin in the future.
3. Clean up your dog’s waste - Any time spent by
cleaning staff picking up after your dog will be billed to you @
$25/hr.
